I am going to be a little bit vulnerable and tell you my path the last couple of years and what brought me to joining the Monat team.
First my general bio: I am Corey's wife, Jack and Ben's mom, and a Dental Hygienist (I work for Leland C Wilhoite, DDS in Muncie, IN and if you live near that area and are looking for one of the best dentist and team then come see us!). My husband teaches and coaches basketball & baseball at Anderson Preparatory Academy (Go Jets!) and my boys go to Daleville Community Schools. We are a sports orientated family and love the outdoors. We also added Piper, our dog, to our family last month.
2013 was a challenging year.....Corey and I hit a speed bump (marriage is hard!), I had to have back surgery and gained 40 lbs, and several other things......First things first - got the marriage back on track with My Love and Best Friend. (Don't get too busy as parents and employees and bills and just life and forget your partner! Free advice lol)...healed from surgery and started focusing a little more on me! It is so hard to be a wife and working mom (right ladies! we seem to always come last!). I have lost the 40 lbs and am working on the next 40....I gave up Soda (eek!) and am beginning a new journey on my health.
And then I decided to grow my hair out......When Corey and I were first married 14 years ago it was long and then each year it seemed to get shorter and I have had the same hair style for quite a while....need a change. But what do I do with it?! Then my bestie from high school, Angie, began talking about Monat and I decided to give it try. My favorite so far is the Leave-In Conditioner....and I began to learn how to style in a different way....and then I decided I wanted something of my own....a project to work on....and something to build. So I contacted Angie and signed up to be a Market Partner with Monat....and here we are today!
